Create an accountAlphacomm Digital Commerce (ACDC) offers the service of sending digital content to the end-user. This service is one of the exceptions within the law article regarding the right of withdrawal. (art. 7:46d Law of purchase on distance).
ACDC is required to inform the customer prior to their purchase that the right of withdrawal expires at the moment the digital content is dispatched by email. A checkbox is included within the purchasing process, in the last step; right before the customer clicks on the “Checkout” button.
As ACDC cannot be sure whether digital content has been utilized after delivery the products cannot be returned. This applies to all digital products. This means that products such as top-up codes, gamekeys, musickeys and direct top-ups cannot be returned by the customer to ACDC.
